With over 30 years of multi sectoral experience in the Private Sector, for 10 years he has worked with the Social Fund for Development (SFD), Government of Egypt as their Program Advisor. SFD, an initiative of the World Bank and UNDP. Till date, it has been the largest multi sectoral initiative in the world to deal with the issues of employment and poverty alleviation.
Has over 15 years of experience in Procurement, Social and Development Sector including rural livelihood, market access, Programme management in rural, urban and tribal environments; needs assessment; environment scanning; research and documentation; procurement of works & services; cluster identification & development; public private partnership (PPP); monitoring and evaluation; strategy formulation and operations in urban/ social/ rural & urban infrastructure development, capacity building, rural energy, horticulture, tourism, enterprise creation, health (traditional medicine-AYUSH).
Has over 20 years of extensive experience in India and in Africa, supporting the governments institutions and enterprises with policy development, capacity building and enterprise cooperation for sustainable human development with thrust on removal of regional disparities, rural development and women empowerment.
Is an entrepreneur having over 16 years of experience in social sector with experience in planning and implementing diverse projects in the fields of health and education. Has largely worked in the public and not-for-profit sector organizations like Mission Smile (formerly Operation Smile India), National Rural Health Mission, GoA, Sarba Sikhsa Abhiyan, GoA among others.
A food processing and systems engineer by qualification, Naireeta is one of the most recent members of our team. She has work experience of around 4 years plus varying from being a systems engineer @ IBM India to being a sales representative @ Vidyartha for learning development tools for schools and edu-tech startups. She is an ex-SBI Youth Fellow under SBI Foundation and paved her way into rural and livelihood development through the fellowship. She has worked with rural women in Manipur in basketry, handloom and stitching and has worked as project coordinator with ANMA Integrated Development Association, Assam and spearheaded the creation and development of Makaam weavers (brand developed) for economic development of women loin loom weavers of Arunachal Pradesh. She is working towards development of food processing clusters including natural fibres under various projects as part of our team.
